Ain't they Purdy?

Post by Squatch » Tue Apr 05, 2016 2:21 pm

I bought some bullets for my 45/70. Coated hard cast from Missouri Bullet Company. 200 each of 300gr and 405 gr. I included a 45 acp and 44 mag round to show how big these bullets are.

The boxes are a little tongue and cheek. Depending on size they say, "Optimized for large or small Buffalo!"

Those are some extra large bullets. Enjoy the reloading!

405 grain for large, 300 for small. I think the small ones might be cows! LOL

I recently saw a pic of 500+ grain bullets for the 45/70. Almost as large as a 357 mag cartridge!
