Bout time I introduce myself. I've been lurking for the last couple months and enjoying the post about our beautiful Henry Rifles. In the last, I don't know, maybe four months I have picked up a Henry 45-70, a 44 mag, a 22 mag, (all in brass) and a Henry Monument Valley rifle (silver). Yep, obsessed. I have a number of other rifles, pistols, and revolvers. Loving my gun collection.I currently live in Florida, and that's okay, but I'm from the mountains of Southwest Virginia and Western North Carolina and will someday return to the mountain country. I don't care for hunting except maybe some varmint hunting one of these days soon. Florida is over run with wild hogs. I think I would enjoy that.
Started this obsession because of the terrible shape the Country had gotten in in the last eight years, so that I might be able to bring some protection to my family, friends, and other innocents. This collection of firearms has blossomed from there. I do some range shooting and go out in the country frequently.
