After two mornings in the 40’s I’m starting to think fall is knocking on the door. But the afternoons in the 70’s with sunshine are pleasant. Today the same but maybe some thunderstorms coming in late afternoon. Then a wet day tomorrow (hopefully) but the rest of the week is sunny and mid 70’s. Looking at the extended forecast this nice late summer/early fall weather is expected to continue into the next week. We’re heading up to the lake next week for the maiden voyage for the trailer and bringing the boat for some beach the dogs fun. Perfect weather for this.

The weather guesser is saying we will get 4.65” of rain in the next ten days. My guess is we might get half that.

53 this morning with a high of 67 expected. Good rain overnight that is expected to continue on and off all day. We are grateful for that, at least those of us not sleeping in a tent in the mountains, Starting tomorrow we have a nice run of weather expected with sunny skies and highs in the 70’s. Gotta love September. Best month of the year weather wise.

Mostly indoor stuff today with the rain including Mrs hatchdog (my resident barber) trimming what few hairs I have left on my head.
