Thanks. It’s my front deck looking east out my dining room and living room. I live in a very modest house with a million dollar view. I can’t see another lived-in house from my property although there is a log cabin about 800 yards away and the old Ring School which is a single room building.

Ditto what CT said about Sir Henry’s pic.

53 and partly cloudy this morning with a high around 84 later. However we might see a brief rain shower that could prevent the high to get there. Better chance of rain tomorrow and showery for a couple of days after that. Sure hope so. It’s been two months since the official Spokane NWS has had any rain. I have had a few brief rains in that period but nothing to speak of.

Tonight my stepson is stopping by on one of his continuous business trips. He’s taking his mom and myself along with my son and his girlfriend to dinner at the best steak house in Spokane. My wife and I have never eaten there and we are looking forward to dinner. :D

57' with unexpected heavy misting. Maybe 70' later. Rain expected to start tomorrow with temps in the low 60's. Looks like rain for the rest of the week as well.

53 when I got up at 4:30 this morning  I had to drive my stepson to the airport for his early flight home. We had a nice rain this morning and more is forecast to arrive later. Sure hope so. Maybe more for the next few days.

My stepson took us out to dinner to celebrate his mom’s birthday. We went to an upscale steak house in Spokane and I will say without hesitation that my steak (New York Strip) was the best steak I have ever had. The chef put some kind of rub on it which helped create a nice thick sear despite the steak cook to med rare, which it was perfectly. Mmmmmm I have some left over for tonight!
