Shooting Partner

Post by brm4450 » Tue Sep 01, 2026 8:30 am

I don’t know if this is a health update or bragging session about my granddaughter (my shooting partner). It’s been almost 2 years since her last episode with the gastroparesis.
Since then:
While participating with a feeding tube up her nose, she was 1st runner-up Snow Queen contest.
Went to Prom (with a boy date!!!!) grrr
Placed in State FBLA competition
Got her drivers license
Went out for volleyball
Plays in school marching band and in the jazz band.
Got braces
Got Confirmed
Had her Quinceañera
Had her Sweet 16 party

And with all this going on she still comes out to our place and gets me to get off my a$$ and go out to the range and embarrass me with out of this world shooting talents.

Sorry for the proud GPa rant instead of a health update.🤠

Awesome BRM. This is such great news and being a proud Gpa is a right of passage!!!!

Congratulations to her for all her accomplishments despite the health issues.

Dating? Yup, scary, but congrats on the rest.
