With a 100% humidity the dew point must be 52 the same as the current temperature.

That would be correct. I can assure you of this having in the past gone through the US Weather Bureau School and
becoming licensed.

Many years ago however.

With clear skies I’m guessing it was low laying fog and the relative humidity will drop fast as it warms.

61 this clear fresh beautiful morning. We did get the storms overnight with thunder, lightning and some rain. The rain was brief but intense so put down a decent amount of water. We had three of these bursts. No lightning nearby but close enough to see and hear the thunder. So far no reports of new wildfires but often lightning caused fires will smolder for a day or two after the storm then break out into flames. Hope not!

Cooler this week other than Tuesday with highs in the mid 80’s. Tuesday will be mid 90’s.

Not much today other than mowing the lawn and watching the Freedom 250 Indy car race from DC. Should be fun.

The low last night was 39F. Summer started hot then turned comfortably and now it’s cool with highs in the 70’s. For the most part summers are nice and of normal length. Then comes a quick and short fall followed by a long cold winter. Thirty years ago winters were even longer. Global warming sure helps the weather around here.

57°F, Humidity 94%
Wind Speed Calm
Barometer 30.07 in
Partly sunny, with a high near 80.
Northeast wind around 5 mph becoming south southwest in the afternoon.
Now comes the most beautiful time of the year. Moderate temps and soon
the harvest and the turning of the leaves. The only problem with this season
is, it ends in Winter.

Woke up to a nice 54 earlier and today’s high should be in the mid 80’s. Warmer tomorrow then a nice cool down with maybe just upper 70’s for the high. Cool. (literally)

Heading out here shortly to bring home the new travel trailer. Shop’s all cleaned up and organized for its new occupant. I put a 30 amp RV outlet in it yers ago so if it get’s too hot to play with the new toy I can run the A/C. :D

The heat has returned. Since a few days already. 80 F at 1:15pm in Ventura CA.
Nights are cool, but this entire week is supposed to be at least in the high 70s during the day.
