58 with a bright red sun peeking thru the trees. It’s been less smoky the last couple of days and that’s been great other than the lack of smoke is letting the sun heat us up. Highs in the upper 80’s for a few days with no rain in sight.

59 with mostly clear skies including very little smoke. High today is 87. Getting warmer later in the week with low to mid 90’s forecast. Saturday brings gusty winds again so watch out, I’m expecting another Red Flag Warning. Hope not.
Heading out to the local RV dealer who will be doing the delivery prep on our trailer to inquire about replacing the standard batteries with Lithium. I’m hoping since it’s a new production that the charger, converter and inverter will have settings for both flooded and lithium. If so it’s probably just a simple drop in which will save $$$$. Since the dealer provides the batteries I expect a credit for the flooded batteries they won’t have to install……

I’m in Madison ready to drink some magnesium citrate for tomorrow’s surgery. Nothing too serious just a royal pain in the arsh. I’ll stay in the hospital night and then return home Wednesday. This getting old is not for the young at heart.

Best to you Sir Henry.
60 and overcast this morning heading to 89 later. Don’t care for these temps and in a few days I will care even less when it’s in the mid 90s.

Breezy today but nothing concerning. But once again this Saturday we could get another Red Flag Warning for gusty winds. What’s with all these Saturday’s and Red Flag warnings. This will be the 4th in a row including the disaster we had on Saturday Aug 1.
Two week follow up for my minor surgery today but it’s a phone call not an in office visit. I like that as the office is 20 miles away.

73 F in Ventura by the coast. It's supposed to go up to 78 F. Right now it's pleasantly cool.
As per forecast, it is supposed to peak out at 78 F for the rest of the week.

60 and hazy this morning with a high later of 89. Hotter the next couple of days with a disturbance coming in Friday night into Saturday. Temps will then be lower with Sunday only 80 which I appriciate.
Big day ahead, mowing this morning and then a Costco run this afternoon. Wow, talk about living on the edge.
