I've been getting this message a lot. It means what it says. A few minutes later and it works.

I have gotten that several times in the last couple of weeks. It sometimes comes on while I am engaged in a post.

I've seen that one and others. Those messages indicate....
o The forum software is busy, most commonly from spam bots trying to register as new members. They often try over and over.
o The GoDaddy forum host is busy. They host other websites not just us. So if there is a lot of other traffic holding things up a timeout results and gives us the unavailable message(s).
Apparently doesn't affect those with admin permissions. They have priority access.
