Henry H1 Rifle

Post by HenryFan » Thu Jul 02, 2026 5:58 pm

I am in the market for a H1 rifle with the regular loop but I can't seem to find one on the Henry website that shows sling swivel studs. Does a walnut stock, blue steel, regular loop, .22 LR, maybe a .22 WMR, rifle with sling swivels exist?

If not, are sling swivels difficult to install?

I don't want to Bubba up a nice rifle but for woods walking, I want to use a sling.

Check out Brass Stacker No-Drill Sling.
Uses a butt cuff and a magtube clamp swivel to attach to the rifle. You'll want the HR2B version of the sling.

Slip over sling might work also

I cant believe there are no sling studs or holes for slings studs

Mags -

I think that is the solution to my question. More than I want to spend but if it is a quality product, it may be worth it.

Does anyone first hand experience with this product? It is a quality product?

If such exists, I can't find it.

I have the larger one on my .30-30 Henry. Yes it is a quality product. Very happy with it.

It wouldn't load for me earlier, but yeah, that is a nice-looking sling.

I have one that was quite a bit less expensive than those that use full-grain leather; but it's well made using top-grain cowhide. Can't recall where I bought it.

Yeah, I have the Brass Tacker sling set up on my Henry. Very nice - definitely a quality product.
