Still stalled at the 250(ish) level. But not gaining any significant weight. Guess I really do have to tweek my intake back a tad more. Sigh...

Finally made it below 175 and weighed in this morning at 173.6. Only 600 calories yesterday and very little salt so the next meal with salt will add a little water weight even if it takes fat off. Another 600 calorie day today and then a brat feast on Saturday.

Excellent work. I am still holding around 250, but beats the 280 max, and the 270 I had crept back to. Summer is around the corner... Sweating on the range might help. :P

I want to walk Ring School Road to Rustic Road which catches Ring School Road on the other side of Timms Hill. It about a 3-4 mile loop depending on if I cut through the park and climb the tower. It’s hilly and although Timm Hill is only about 80 feet higher than my driveway I end up gaining about 400 feet. I was doing that 3-5 times a week last summer and lost 20 pounds without dieting.

I stopped driving down to the mailbox and now walk the 300 yards even in the winter. I did it one day when it was -33F and windy. I was in survival mode just getting the mail and loved it.

I don't have anything different to say. last 2 weeks I'm holding at 207 lbs. I just can't seem to get serious. Its not looking like I'll be down to 200 by time I go to doc next month.

Still holding 207. I guess the good news is I'm not gaining any either. I'll start to lose a few pounds towards end of month. Will be tilling, planting, and working the garden thru the summer. I usually lose a few pounds thru the summer. I wanted to be lost some before doctors appointment next week. But that's not happening now.

I haven't been able to weigh in the last couple weeks, the master bath is packed up and the scale is buried somewhere. I doubt I have lost much, if anything, although for the most part, I have stayed inside my 1000 to 1500 calorie goal. Spring is almost here, and summer is around the corner. If I use my walker, I should be able to walk a little and maybe knock off a few more pounds. :)

I lost 20 pounds in 6 months last summer cutting trees. Then I lost 5 pounds in 6 months starving and not doing anything during the ice age. Activity is the answer for me which is hard to do when it’s below zero and glare ice.

Still at 175.0 this morning. I have an appointment with a dietitian at the VA this morning. I dropped my Outback off at the dealership to have the warranty transmission replaced and am driving a new CrossTrek.
