Post by Holiday009 » Sat Dec 20, 2025 10:41 am

Still havent seen one in any local shops, I want one , I think, but I prefer to handle one before buying.

One of the local shops said they could order one in , $729

Is that the going rate ?

$799 is the lowest price I could find.

When I was looking for a Marlin in .357 and did not find one locally, I ordered one from GrabAGun. It offered an inspection period. So, I took dummy rounds and cycled the rifle a bit. Then, I took it home. That was about 6 years ago, and I have no complaints.

I think that is a good price. Once you handle one, you will want it. It is one of the few on my short list.

Iffen I was you. i'd SKIP the Henry and get a nicer S&W or Ruger........You'll get a better gun and have adjustable sights.

If you want a really nice blued 357 DA revolver find a good ol' S&W Model 19 from the 70's. Might cost a bit more but worth it! Of course the one I will shoot most will be the newer Model 686 Plus 3 inch and somehow it escaped the factory in perfect shape with no issues!
