Well maybe not all here. Was going to post a story and I think the addition of pictures killed it again.

I have had to disable my VPN to send emails. It took some time to figure it out but it was blocking everything.
Try that.

Yes, I still have to use VPN to get on the forum. For some other things though, not forum - like email, I have to disconnect from VPN.

For me;
o Using VPN to access the forum.
o Everywhere else - disconnect from VPN.

I am still IP banned without VPN.
But I can also be banned with VPN depending on what city in the US and Canada, VPN automatically selects.
I have no problems using VPN when it routes through international locations.
I once got VPN routed through Houston Texas and that worked. It also works when VPN routes through cities on the East coast.
When using Proton Free VPN - I sometimes have to 'Change Server' if the auto selects a city in the banned regions.

I'm still regionally banned without VPN. VPN routed me yesterday through Atlanta and this morning NY City. I was able to get here.

Good morning HRF community, it’s great to be back. Hope it’s permanent. :D

Special thanks to Big Al and Mags for helping me with setting up a VPN. In the end I decided not to use a VPN due to having to disconnect to use email so I decided just to wait out the problem. But Al and Mags were very helpful and I appreciate that. Also a giant shout out to Dave for all his time and effort to get the site running again.

I have so much to say….

Nice you’re back Hatch but I didn’t do a thing really. Barney must of woke Andy up and got him on the phone to get things going. Now if Andy could just help Mags out

Still IP banned without VPN. One thing about VPN. When started it searches for a VPN server and that server can be anywhere. When it serves up an IP address in the western US and Canada, I'm even banned with VPN. Fortunately I can toggle VPN to try another server.

What I've found so far is that IP address's originating in LA, San Jose, Portland-OR, Seattle, Vancouver-BC are banned.

Not banned, New York, Houston, Atlanta and Netherlands, Japan, Romania, Singapore.

One thing Mags at least you have the skills to get around the ban. Maybe it will get worked out soon I know when I talked to Dave on the phone dealing with the people where the forum exist now has not been to shinny.

He mentioned that to me as well in a PM. The VPN thing though is getting old. I don't hang-out as much. There are others worse off. dave77 and RanchRoper are a couple that come to mind.

I've tried five more times with the hosting company. They say it's set and I can't access my own admin panel except at the computer I use at work. I can't really sit on that all day.

I'll keep trying.

Thank you for continuing to work this out. Unless you can escalate beyond the first line tech support there to get proper resolution and access to the ACP, I'm sure you've thought of going elsewhere for a host.
