Golden Boy semi-buckhorn rear sight

Post by JimCunn » Tue Nov 04, 2025 12:28 am

I've given up on trying to do an effective telescope mount on my grandson's Golden Boy, but now I can't find the original semi-buckhorn rear sight and ladder.
Anyone know where I can find a replacement?

If you can't find the original, call Henry and order one. They shouldn't be that expensive. Better yet, see if skinner has a peep sight for the rear. You'll be much happier.
You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

I don't look back at the things I can't do anymore with regret, I just look forward to the things I still can.

I'm betting Henry will just send you a new semi-buckhorn sight for free, Jim. And I'd also bet you'd really love it with a skinner barrel mounted peep sight.

Thanks.
I've never liked peep sights, but it's my grandson's rifle and his decision.

I have a couple extra from Henry. If I can find them. I am with CT that I think Henry will send you one if you ask.
