A Trio Of NIB Colt Woodsman’s

Post by Rampant Colt » Wed Aug 27, 2025 4:54 am

After I purchased the 1950 Challenger, the hunt then turned to finding NIB examples so I could round out my Woodsman collection. These 50+ year old Colts are becoming increasingly hard to find in NIB condition. 1975 Match Target, 1973 Huntsman, 1975 Targetsman.

Collecting Colts is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free and good men die like dogs. There’s also a negative side.

Nice collection.

I have my Grandfathers woodsman.

It’s not as nice as yours.

It was not NIB when it reached me…

Have a Challenger, Huntsman and Targetsman. These are my favorite plinkers. Not a collector, each of mine had been used and still are.
