In the middle of a storm, looks like the pictures you see of a hurricane on tv. Everyone have a great day!

Woke up to 60 here in camp with blue skies and a bit breezy. Lake isn’t white capping but some pretty good rollers. The stormy days are behind us and we expect the mid 80’s and sunshine for the day.

Yesterday we hit the beach with the dogs even tho the weather (don’t have a clue guessers) predicted thunderstorms, wind and rain we had nice weather. Got some rain on the cruise back to the launch but nothing of note.

On the beach somebody must have poured out some grease or some food type stuff and our dogs wouldn't leave it alone. We kept after them but they ingested more sand than we thought. Last night the younger dog started puking and didn’t feel well. Took him out for a poop and he pooped a diarrhea type sand. Several more trips out during the night and he started pooping nothing but sand but formed like normal poop. :o The older dog is doing better but has sand in his more normal poop too. Younger dog threw up several times on our walks. Not sure what today will bring, we plan to call our vet here in a bit when she opens.

Poop report completed!

Pretty crappy that someone would discard something like that on a lake beach.
Hope the dogs get it all out of their systems and that everything is ok.

60 again here in camp. Very still with the lake like a mirror. High should be in the mid 80’s with sunshine.

Took a boat ride yesterday planning on cruising up to the location of our largest wildfire in the area. It’s about 15 miles up the lake. Got 2/3 rds of the way there and ran into a storm so turned around. Stupid storm followed us back down the lake so we should have kept going. We got some winds and there was lightning reported in the area but we didn’t experience it.

Didn’t have to consult with our vet for our dog’s sand pooping. Thankfully he worked all the sand out and returned to normal doggy-do.

They both say hi! :D
