55 heading to around 80 today with some gusty winds. More warn temps and even gustier winds tomorrow, not a good combination for wildfire safety. By the weekend it’s supposed to cool down and maybe ever rain. Unfortunately the rain futurecast map showed most of the rain north and east of my place but maybe…

Yesterday I started to feel better and this morning I’m feeling down right good. I sure hope I have turned the corner on this Covid. Sadly it looks like my wife is coming down with it. Not surprised. She slept in her chair all afternoon and evening and was a bit delirious with some crazy talk. Last night when I got her into bed her forehead felt very warm so I’m sure she has a fever. She’s still asleep and I won’t bother her for a bit. Not normal behavior at all.

power outage mentioned in a post above restored around 4:30AM .... no clue as to details about the cause of the outage but have heard it was storm related .... we do have a chance of more storms later today .... first up for me this morning is to continue unloading our Sportchassis .... sometime later I plan to drive over to our Chevy dealership where I want to drive a 2500 with a long (8') bed .... we also want to finalize specs for the truck we hope to be able to order late this week or sometime next week

BRM, I feel better just looking at that little guy with the blinking lights.

51 this morning with a dangerous day ahead. Very gusty winds, 80 degrees and low humidity. We had a couple of fires start near Spokane yesterday but thankfully as close as they were to the city the attack was fast and effective. Fingers crossed to get thru today. Possibly we will get some measurable rain this weekend, maybe up to a quarter inch. Not much but we’ll take anything.
