It’s a gin and tonic kind of evening. 76 here in the shade on the patio. Got a couple of bakers in the oven and a thick New York steak big enough for two waiting for the grill.

Happy Memorial weekend to all especially the veterans past, present and future.

You guys are way better with a camera than I am. We just sat on the deck and I had a MM and water after a good day
selling poppies for the VFW. In four hours we took in $663.00. Not bad for two old VN vets huh?
All the money will go to local causes. It was actually a fun day.
My buddy Wally was a Medic in VN and his ambulance was blown up and he spent a lot of time in rehab.
He retired as a police inspector and is a great guy.

I rode one of those old mowers behind a tractor being driven by my Father. I spend several summers doing that.
I know what that is.

I'm old.

Hey coop, I've cut a ton of hay in my younger days, also.
But, on much more modern equipment.
That one has been an yard ornament for a long time. ;)

The third party emojis you've used might be visible in this quote box, but they do not appear on my screen in the message box. It's blank. :?

Hmm...I sometimes use the emojis supplied by Microsoft on my laptop. The emoji is a martini w/olive.
Thanks for the heads-up Stan. I've used them many times before not knowing that.

The Microsoft emojis use an .SVG image filename extension.
DaytimeDave, are SVG file types enabled?
