A cool 51* this morning. A few sprinkles go rain. Me n Buddy decided to have coffee on the enclosed front porch instead of the open back deck.

61 when I got up, we had a cloud cover come in overnight keeping the temps up. Had a few sprinkles according to the concrete but nothing worthwhile so I’ll let the sprinklers run today. High in the low 70’s expected with improving weather. Lot’s of veteran ceremonies scheduled for today and it looks like the weather will cooperate.

A great big thank you to all veterans out there.

66 at noon which they say will be today's high ... off and on light rain seems to be the norm for today .... tonight the temp is predicted to drop to a low of 58 .... so far its been one of those days that its nice to stay inside .... only thing on tap is to replace the line on a couple of my old/favorite fresh water spinning reels .... the line on them has been there for most of a couple decades .... while it looks and may be OK, I feel better about replacing .... who knows, if I can somehow work up some fishing trips the new line may come in handy

I assume you have the twin turbo V-6. My neighbor has one in a F-150. It blew up with 75K on it and he put a new engine in it last yr to the tune of 19K installed. I did read recently where there was a group of guys filing a lawsuit against Ford for the ecoboost engines because the valves are to hard and coming apart. I had a 2014 F-150 with the 3.5 in it and I sold it right before I retired. I dont think after all of what I have read since then I would ever buy another one. Seems like right now there is more recalls on vehicles than ever before. I was thinking about getting a new truck to pull the RV but Im about scared to buy anything newer.

Didn't used to feel like 47' was chilly, but it is with much higher daytime temperature. Sunny and maybe 83' later.

A beautiful morning with a temp of 50 when I got up way too early. High is expected to be 87 which will be the hottest day of the year so far. Could hit 90 in Spokane. Continued nice weather thru the weekend with a cool down and possible rain next week.

The community we live in is planning a multi family yard sale event in a couple of weeks. My wife and I started sorting stuff to put in the sale. Holy cow, so far we have a huge pile in the basement and a huge pile in the shop. Plus a big pile in my reloading room. Next up is the garage which will probably be another big pile. We’re scrambling for time as next week we fly to CA for our grandson’s graduation. The sale is two days after we return so little time to get ready.
