85 at 2PM with it predicted to go up another couple of degrees before falling back to 66 overnight ..... much cooler spell with highs 30+ degrees cooler is supposed to take over in a couple of days .... other than watching some college basketball and pro baseball, nothing much on our agenda for this weekend

Good morning, a chilly 49 degrees here this AM with a high to be only 54.
Breezy out, 6 mph with 12 mph all out of the north. Oh, and still a 60% chance of more rain.

The son came over yesterday and we got the father-n-laws tiller running.
It's been sitting since he passed back in '20.
It wasn't to bad and didn't take too long to our surprise.
Probably do some reloading in a bit. ;)

32 and sunny right now with mid 60’s forecast for today. Then a low front comes in overnight leading to rain and possible thunder storms Monday and Tuesday. Then nice again. Thinking about making a trip up to the range this week as all the snow should be gone.

Today I’ll work on finishing up my limbing project. Had to quit early yesterday as my body told me it was done with the possibly 60 degree slope I’m working on. The limb work is fine but fighting the slope and the very slippery pine needles I have for footing is exhausting. Too old for this $h!t.

Good morning, 43° here and suppose to be 60° later.
I suspect it to be a muddy mess on the job site today.

69 at 9AM on its way to 74 later this afternoon before dropping to a low of 51 overnight .... pretty much steady rain was called for after midnight .... the pollen cover on our deck does indicate at some time we had a light sprinkle .... the steady rain prediction is still in today's hourly forecast but the weather radar show the front's flow moving northwest of us .... do plan to take along an umbrella when we drive to an adjacent city for an appointment with my cardiologist

Ugh, light pollen with some rain, a mucky mess.

45 and light rain right now and it rained most of the night. Possible thunderstorms later this afternoon and again tomorrow. Nice again starting Wed.

Taking the day off from my limb project to run errands and other domestic duties.

Cutting is done and now hauling to my burn area. I’ll pile them up and in the fall I’ll cover them with tarps. Come early winter with some snow on the ground the burning will begin.

Good morning, it's 40 here and headed towards the mid 50s.
Safe travels to Al and the misses today.

Grandson had a ballgame last night they won, got home around 9:20.
Has another tonight, starts at the same time, so expect to home late again this evening.

after dumping a couple of inches of rain, the front that dumped on us all day yesterday has moved on .... it also left much cooler temps behind .... 50 at 9AM with today's high predicted to reach 61 before dropping back to 36 tonight .... looks like highs in the 60's will be with us for the rest of this week so shorts and sandals are put aside and have been replaced by jeans, socks and shoes .. .. oh well, they say the 80's will be back early next week .... don't know if it would qualify as a medical appointment but my only appointment for today is an annual hearing aids check .... looks like we will need to bundle up a bit this evening while watching a grandson's baseball practice

20 F with snow falling. Yesterday it was mid 40's and sunshine.

Coffee in a Boy Scout mug.

I was planning to get a small Blackstone Grill for the deck, but this weather isn't helping. Looks like a blizzard outside right now.

I hope your day is good.

Somebody tell the Upstate New York area that it’s spring. :(

41 with partly cloudy skies right now and we’re looking at the 50’s later with rain and thunderstorms. Not until mid to late afternoon. Yesterday was a rain out with some hard rains in the morning. No thunderstorms for us but both south and north of my area got hammered pretty good. Took the dogs for a hike in the afternoon as it was sunny. Left the house and the wind came up, the sun went behind a cloud and it started raining. Made the hike, got home and the rain stopped and the sun came back out.

Back to limb hauling today.
