Original Henry in 44-40 trigger
Picked up my first Henry and the trigger is awful. Is anyone making a sear/spring combo for this model yet?
Re: Original Henry in 44-40 trigger
When you say awful maybe give us a little more details. For as much as one pays for those Originals if its way out of line I would call Henry and have them do it over. Just my .02 worth

The Original Henry doesn't have a sear. It uses a pair of toggle links. You might have some luck taking it apart for a deep clean to get the leftover factory residue out.
