Let’s see the rock outside is white. That means it snowed an inch last night. It’s barely freezing and will be 38F soon so I doubt it sticks for very long. We still have six inches of dense crusted snow which will take a few weeks to melt on north slopes.
Is that rock hanging on a string?
Wet? Rain.
White? Snow.
Is it swinging? High winds.
Is it missing? Tornado.

28 this morning with sunshine and 50 expected. Yesterday was a beautiful day sunny and in the 50’s for a little bit. More of the same until Sunday when a light rain is expected. Hoping for some dry weather next week as I’m taking the boat up to Deer Park for new tires on the trailer. It’s a bit early to concern myself with the boat but Les Schwab is running a sale that ends next week. $60.00 off a set of four. Yesterday I took the dogs to doggie daycare and man the road was slick.

another beautiful spring day in our neighborhood .... 72 at noon with the high predicted to be 75 later this afternoon before falling back to 38 overnight ....if the forecast is correct, it appears things are going to change rather quickly, "Very warm with clouds and sunshine; a couple of showers and a thunderstorm late this afternoon; gusty winds and small hail can accompany any downpour" .... a box and return authorization arrived so that we can send back a router to Spectrum so we now have an excuse to leave the house today

Clewiston, Fl.
53°F
Sunny, with a high near 77.
Northwest wind around 6 mph becoming north in the afternoon.

Today we travel to the west coast of Florida to visit Carol's sister and her husband
in Estero, Fl. Yesterday we had a nice lunch with her two brothers in Fort Lauderdale.
Last evening here we went to the Tiki Bar and I had shrimp and grits. Pretty good.

You’re getting the wind we had a few days ago.

29 with a rising sun this morning and upper 40’s to lower 50’s for the high. We had 50’s yesterday and man was that nice. Snow’s almost gone, good riddance.

Got up early today to watch the entire 2 hours of local news as it’s the weatherman’s last day. This guy is very entertaining as well as a good weather forecaster. He’s been in the business for 38 years the last 25 here in Spokane. In addition to doing the weather he organizes a local group called the Extreme Team. This group does voluntary charity work for locals mostly rebuilding or remolding for both citizens and organizations like the Humane Society. They do a huge Christmas light display in a park right below the local Children’s Hospital. Thankfully his retirement is semi retired as he plans to continue the Extreme Team indefinitely.

another beautiful but much cooler day on tap for our area of central NC .... its already up to 56 at 10:30AM .... its supposed to only get up to 63 later this afternoon before dropping back to an overnight low of 38 ... much cooler temps should roll in a couple of days from now .... warmth should return a couple of days later bringing with it strong thunderstorms .... an early physical therapy session for me is already in the books

No travel today. Carol's brothers and sister are coming here for

Now we have to decide where we're going next.

You picked a good time to travel south. It’s currently 2F and windy. Wednesday we are getting 8” of snow.

58 at 10AM on its way to 73 later this afternoon before dropping back to 30 overnight .... "The National Weather Service in Raleigh has issued a Red Flag Warning for gusty winds and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 10 AM this morning to 10 PM EST this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect." .... glad we don't have any plans for outside burning today .... we had to replace the OEM 7 year old battery in our daughter's Suburban this morning .... hate it went bad but these days is seems to have really been a good one

Woke up to 28 but now it’s 38 and sunny. Spokane may see 60 today which should be mid to upper 50’s for here at my place. Yes! Maybe a light rain tomorrow but nothing much.

Our new washer and dryer are scheduled to be delivered this morning. We spent the morning getting ready for the delivery and hookup. They will be taking our old ones away. Nice to sit back and watch somebody else do the work for a change, :D

4F with high overcast. It’s rare to not have any wind. I’m not sure what the forecast is because I’m too lazy to look.

Clewiston, Fl.
61°F
Sunny, with a high near 78.
North wind 6 to 8 mph.
Perfect weather for another day.
Carol had a very nice visit whit her family yesterday afternoon.
We all went to lunch and then spent time in the RV talking and laughing.
That's why we're in Florida.
The restaurant here is very good. It's slow, but the food is good and they
give you a lot of it.
It's actually a marine center for Lake Okeechobee and they have a campground
as well as cabins and boats to rent. They also have guided fishing adventures
on the lake.

We leaved tomorrow for Fort Augustine.

Typical Sunday: Mass, brunch and a Skype with the Denmark family. Spent all day yesterday watching granddaughter compete in a 5th grade volleyball tournament. My back and butt sore from sitting in a steel chair. Everyone have a great day!

29 and frosty out there with some filtered sun. Clouds are expected to move in today with some light rain on and off for the next couple of days. Last two days we have tickled 60 and that’s been fine.

Nothing planned for today, I offered my wife a trip to the local Home and Garden show and thankfully she turned me down. Points earned without any effort extended.
