New .357 SS

What is good accuracy in your 357 ss..
I'm basically only shoot out to 100 if even that. Mostly 50 yards. I can't see spending 1000.00 for the Marlin rifle.
The more I think about it,the single shot will be ok. 38s and 357 is all I shoot any more anyway. I wish I could look at one before buying.
I would any more information if you or anyone else has it to offer. What is the barrel twist ??. Is it drilled for a scope base. I'm use a green dot most of the time.
