It's going to be about the same as yesterday. Over cast and 50's.

Coffee this morning in my Henry mug and off to work.

Got to get me one of those Henry mugs...................
Don't forget, I've got a 5 to 8 hour time advantage over here! ;)

The Henry mug is brilliant. It's a lot bigger than I thought it was, and everything definitely does taste better in it. Not only does Mr Imperato know how to make great rifles - he also knows where to buy great mugs!

39° out. No rain, but its rained on and off for 2 days, and ground is pretty damp. I hope that's enough to control the fires.

Someone remind me to empty my rain gauge for the new month. October gave me 13 inches while the November total was only just over 8 inches.

I'd better get to the range on Saturday before the temps drop to real winter. The rifle and pistol need a work out!

29 clear and cold. 2nd cup of Italian dark roast in the USCG Mug. For some reason this coffee tastes better than your standard shipboard mud. Off to PT the knee. Oh joy. Maybe I can sneak a stop at the LGS on the way home. Enjoy your day y'all.

-10 here this morning. Snow this weekend and even colder next week by the looks of it. Will put a new heater in the stock tank this weekend, and keep the horses busy munching hay. I don't mind riding or moving cattle in that extreme cold but I don't like trailering horses. Too cold for them and they can't move around in there. Not bad if we pile 8 or 10 into a big stock trailer but if I just haul 1 or 2 of mine it's tough on them. Anyhow, that's winter. Tea time. Have a safe day all.

-10 isn't a temperature that supports life. I remember back when I lived in Chicago I went to a Bears Sunday night football game in December against the Falcons and it was -19 degrees with the windchill. I wore so many layers of clothing and was still frozen to my core. Of course I tried to order a beer and it froze in the cup!

Living in Southern California is much more comfortable! Speaking of which, it's a little chilly now but perfectly sunny and will hit the mid-60s today.

Enjoy Friday everyone!

Doesn't fire freeze at -19?
