If so, how did you fare? Here in the lowcountry of SC, we had some wind and a little rain. We had some small branches and a lot of leaves down. Lots of homes in the area without power. It's still a little windy, but the main storm has passed.

This was a very strong hurricane when it made landfall.

Hope everyone else is OK.

Ditto the above. Saw Atlanta on the news this am and the flooding is awful.

I was supposed to go to Jacksonville today. Our customer insisted we still make it there even with Helene coming to visit. I didn't make it and the other guy I was going to assist there is stuck at his house due to flooding. The customer is upset, geeze. Some people's children just amaze me.

A lot of places had it pretty rough out there. Here in my local area of SW Virginia we only got some heavy rain and some wind bringing down some small limbs and a small tree.

But for the first time ever, we had No Power, No Landline Telephone (computer as well) and No Cell Phone Service. For a while, I was back in the 1800's, lol.

The fool probably expected you to parachute in to serve his needs.
