Manly man has been playing baseball this year. He has worked his tail off and really hustled! So much so His team, the Cubs have won the 2023 championship!
Last year they were in last place, struggles through the season, got to second place. Then today they took the championship away from the seasons first place team!
Congratulations Cubbies!!!

Outstanding... glad his hard work paid off.
You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.

The last 5 months or so the manly man has picked up boxing classes, started base ball again. He's accepted Jesus in his life and is working on being baptized.
He also got to go to Orlando for his birthday/Christmas present, and had a blast in universal theme park.
This September he'll be coming with me to see Jeff Lynn's ELO.
He's growing so quick!

Congrats to the Manly Man!
Enjoy ELO! One of my old favorites. Saw them in Chicago many many years ago. 😊

Thanks for sharing! Seems like you all are doing a great job at guiding him. May he continue to make good choices! In the final analyses, choices are what dictate our outcomes and may have eternal consequences. If one does not like his/her situation, one should make different choices.

Well said GFK. Add to that "priorities". Keeping our priorities in order is paramount.
