Good morning, about to have a late breakfast then I'm going to sling some lead from a couple of the straight walled rifles.

Two shots with my Texas Bond and I was done for the day. This is by far my least favorite firearm.

What caliber would that be Gene? I had one in 45 Colt/.410 and it was a bit hard to pull the hammer back but it shot fine until the hammer blew off one day. Sent it back and Bond fix it but no mention of WHY. Traded it off and kept part of the hammer. It has a definite weak spot where it is notched out for the moving hammer part.
