Got a message earlier that the grandson got sick during the night so he won't be coming over. RP
Funny thing, we just got a text that our daughter in law is ill and so is my son in law so none of us are meeting for
lunch today either.
Shucks, I was looking foreword to seeing the Grandkids.

I hear ya, we haven't seen this one since last Dec.
We were gone to SC for a couple weeks, then we had a week of snow and icy roads.
Then the wife has been sick for over a week. Sure was looking forward to spending some time with him.
Hopefully next weekend.

Posting late again today. It was 52° on the dog walk this morning. I just had some cereal and coffee for breakfast. I watched a few TV programs that recorded on the DVR last night and grabbed some leftovers for lunch. I'm doing a bit of light repair this afternoon.

19F and on the tail end of a winter storm. Out at my camp & doing some shooting with the flintlock. Life is good as Hickock45 would say. No grizz tracks last week or so, maybe gone to sleep finally.

Currently 35 with a hint of a sunrise maybe. High today is 39 with rain expected. So far our area has received 23” of snow total for the season. Average snowfall is around 50” as I recall so we’re way behind. Not any better in the mountains.
Mrs. Hatchdog wants to go into Spokane and look at I-pads today so I guess that’s my goal too.

Since last night the storm split up. Main thrust is over So. California while up here we're left with a swirl bringing light rain.

Once again, way past morning, but it was 52° on the dog walk and has warmed to 66°. I cooked up some bacon, eggs, toast and coffee for breakfast and then headed out to get my eye injections. All went well and I was home by noon. I've done quite a bit of work since.

45° on the dog walk this morning. The electric company is doing some testing on the transmission lines in the neighborhood and got a notice that power could be out for up to four hours today through Friday. I have not idea but it seems it will be only one day but which day is a crap shoot. I've got a bit of work to do today. There's an alto and bass flute coming in today for a COA (clean, oil, adjust) which will be interesting. I've had alto flutes in before but this will be the first bass. I look forward to the challenge.

Another week long of severe fog. Would be nice to see the sun once in a while!

We have been experiencing the exact same thing but I believe we have turned the corner. No fog this morning with a temp of 35 and a high of 40. Maybe…maybe a little peek of sunshine this afternoon. Sure would be nice. Then back to more normal temps with lows in the 20’s and highs in the 30’s.
Just got back from dropping our dog off for a teeth cleaning. He will be at the vets all day as they have to put him under to do the procedure. We also stopped for breakfast on the way home.

a busy morning indeed .... first up, taking our Sportchassis in for service ..... yesterday we drove to Freightliner in Raleigh to pick up fuel, oil, and cabin filters along with fuel/water separator filter, cabin air filter and wiper blades .... at Sam's we bought 6 gallons of Rotella T heavy duty diesel motor oil .... yep, regular service is an expensive reality that comes with choosing to tow with a truck like ours .... we would normally have this yearly service performed in early May, prior to our drive to South Dakota .... in March she is scheduled for an 800+ mile tow to Tennessee and back so we decided to move us this service .... after dropping off the truck we had to make a run to Walmart in the next town for meds a puppy food

Howdy all! Work has been preventing me from going on this site but %#$@ it, wanted to say hello. Still shooting and reloading 45-70s, .357, 9mm, and sometimes but not often 5.56... hope all have been doing well. Still no muzzle loader but that is top of my bucket list (if I had one lol)
