Was out playin with the grandsons this afternoon and pulled/twisted some back muscles, pretty painful.
Took a muscle relaxer and have a tens unit doing it's thing.
It has eased up some.

It seems our warm weather is leaving Wisconsin. By Friday the lows might be in the single digits. I sure hope so and I want a foot of snow with it.

33 with a high of 37 expected. Kinda of a snow/rain mix but nothing of note. Winter arrives this weekend with possible some measurable snow. My neighbor is heading south in his motor home today, just in the nick of time. Here in the area I live in mostly if you can get out of the Spokane area heading south you’re good to go weather wise. His route is south to the Oregon border then west to Portland then south down I-5. Only one mountain pass to cross on this route and it’s pretty low at 4200 ft.

We’re planning on a trip up to Kellogg Idaho today to take a look at a very large Jeep dealer there. Still just kicking tires.

A good late morning, was up early then went back to bed around 6:45 got back up a short while ago.
The wife massage the back, feeling much better but still hurting. Had oatmeal with toast and am now sippin my second cup of coffee.
Was 27 when I got up the first time, up to 44 now and we may get another 10 degrees warmer this afternoon.

Randy, I may not be telling you anything you don't already know, but...The best thing IMO for back pain is Ibuprofen. I have had for years a prescription to some heavy duty 800 mg pills. They work wonders. Just take with lots of water and/or food to protect your stomach. You can take Advil and double up on dosages if needed to achieve the required mgs. I am a veteran of back pain. Just something I have lived with since my 20s. Probably from stupid things I did back then. That pain can be truly debilitating.
I sympathize and truly hope you feel better soon. Your wife is a gem for the messages.

Thanks Mark, yes the wife said that also, and I do have a couple of those 800mg pills.
My buddy Eric gave me a few weeks ago, I've dealt with some back pain off and on over the years.
This is a new injury and is mainly on the left side, mine is usually the opposite side and lower.

33 and still dreary out there but I did see the moon filtered thru the fog. Doubt the temp will climb out of the 30’s. We are supposed to see some normal winter weather starting tonight and lasting for several days at least. Our mountains will be happy.

Like coop mentioned above I’m planning on backing the motor home out of the shop and running both the chassis engine and the generator. Get it done before the snow/rain comes. While that’s happening I’ll haul firewood from the woodshed to the rack on the patio. Usually takes four heaping wheelbarrow loads to fill the rack.

I'm up early. I woke up thinking about our big meeting today with the
apartment complex developer. I sorted through all my paper work and
hope I'm ready for this. I don't know why I worry, I have nothing to gain
or lose financially. I guess I just want to see the job done right.

Another 33 degree morning but the dreary fog is gone. I’m seeing a hint of blue sky out there but it’s just the calm before the storm. Starting tonight and lasting thru Sunday we are under a winter weather advisory for up to 7” of snow. After a short break there is another storm pending with more snow. Then the bottom falls out of the thermometer and next Friday we expect a HIGH of 15. Hello you in the upper mid-west. It’s been a nice ride so far this winter season but all good things must end.
