Last evening we journeyed into the heart of the beast, Minneapolis, to our daughters home for a Christmas Dinner with her in laws.
We had a nice wine that she home brewed, (like Mother, like Daughter), and then a dinner of roast Ham and sides, topped with a
Tort that my Wife made. It was nice.
Then home for a couple of Martinis and bed. I was tired.

Some good friends came over tonight and we sat out back on the pond and told big lies. I had 2 gin and tonics. Pizza people are on the way from Port A with a pizza so I think I might need a Miller high Life to wash that down. Salute to the boozers that stop by.

Nice fire there Randy. No fire needed here. Did 24 miles on the bike today then went to town with the wife and some folks to have a few Landsharks. Pretty good beer on tap. 2.00 beers down here for us old geezers today at the Sting Ray bar in Port A. Happy New Year to all

Happy New year people. Enjoying a bourbon night cap and then going to look at my eyelids. Don't do that ball drop watch anymore.
Hope everyone has a prosperous new year and that things go in the right direction. ;)

Very rarely do I see those hours anymore.

I had a few bottles of bourbon that were down to the end so I decided last night to attempt to get them empty. Three of the four had just one drink left and one had two. I like my bourbon straight but over ice. For me to have five drinks in one night is very rare but I sure enjoyed my New Years Eve. Even stayed up until midnight which is unheard of around here.

Happy New Years all,

I like the two on the left quite well, the third is just ok at best IMHO, never tried the the other.

I kinda did a taste test and I liked the Woodford Reserve the best.

The double oaked is really good.

Good evening, hope everyone's day was a good one. About to open a third cold one, and a Tequila here shortly.

Good evening, I twerked, twisted, stretched the back this afternoon outside with the grandsons.
Pretty painful, but between a muscle relaxer, tens unit, it's coming around a little. Thought I'd a little Cazadores to the mix, hoping it will aid in some sleep in a little bit

Getting to the bottom of things here in SC.
Been here visiting the daughter and family, we're headed towards the house in the morning. The oldest two want us to take them to school before we go.

Hey Guys, While running some errands today I happened to stop by the local package store and saw a lonely bottle of Buffalo Trace sitting on the shelf. I decided to take it home with me and I'm about to enjoy a nightcap. Cheers to ALL! Hope everyone is enjoying their evening and staying warm.😊
