2023 Holiday Drawing Introduction and Comments

once again Henry Rifle Company is providing some excellent items for our forum's annual giveaway .... this thread is to give information about the following prize list provided by Henry Arms for our 2023 Holiday Drawing and to allow members to discuss them .... an additional thread will be created to give members an opportunity to sign up to participate ====> in short, this is NOT .... I REPEAT NOT the thread in which members will be able to put their name in for the drawing .... we plan to open registration on Thursday Nov30, which is a week after Thanksgiving .... the drawing will be on Thursday Dec 28 .... we sincerely appreciate Henry providing these pries


FIRST PRIZE IS >>> a Frontier Model Long Barrel 24" .22 S/L/LR ---- IMPORTANT NOTE : this item will be shipped directly from Henry to the winner's United States licensed gun dealer ---- any charges that dealer may choose to handle the transaction have to be covered by the winner ---- to ensure that our out of country members can participate, this prize will be drawn first .... if the winner cannot receive a firearm, that person shall receive second prize and there will be another drawing for the rifle

in last year's drawing some non US based members didn't enter .... with the top prize requiring it be shipped to a US firearms dealer, those members didn't enter .... as noted in this year's thread info given earlier in this thread, provisions have been made to handle it this year
