Some changes in the gun cave.....

This room serves as the gun room....computer center and reloading area and made couple changes this weekend.
Picked up a nice wooden tool box on sale to keep my gun smithing tools in one place and decided to install a 43 inch TV above the bench area.
Can tune in to Youtube or anything else on the net or just watch TV. Won't have to decide between watching a football game or other show or working on a project....do it all right there. Plus wife can watch what she wants in the den....a big plus.

Mounting the TV wall mount was easy but getting the thing signed in to Xfinity and Google was a headache!! All good now and will hook it up to my outside antenna for OA local channels. Will see if it all still works when I turn it back on!!!

sweet. I'm thinking seriously of a small monitor and blue ray player for the woodshop so I can watch HOW TO dvds and Bluerays in the shop;
Like How to use this tool or that one, better dovetails, improve your plane techniques....

During my toolmaker days in manufacturing I had several of the Kennedy metal boxes but never had the classy wooden versions and still have the Kennedy box in my garage shop. Saw this wooden box on sale at Harbor Freight and thought the perfect box for my gun tools.

Tina saw one of the Oak and Brass wooden tool boxes ON Sale at Orvis and wanted to buy me one for Christmas for my Cleaning Desk in my gun room. The Sale price nearly gave me a Stroke... (Orvis... ) I told her I could make one so don't worry about it. Every few months after that, she would be on me about making that box. I finally did, and she thought I was making another jewelry box for her.
