Doctors gave a brief update this morning, they’re testing for autoimmune encephalitis, I’ll give any updates available, thanks to all for their prayers

Update: granddaughter has been diagnosed with encephalitis (an infection of the brain)causing a swelling of the brain. Drs. Think they caught it in early enough stage (all tests have been sent to Mayo to be read) so prayers said for a good outcome.

My daughter just called and granddaughter is being released today. The IV’s and infusions worked and the fact that it was discovered early enough. Just had a FaceTime with her and she was her old self. She may have some permanent damage but nothing serious. She told me that she was going to get better because she didn’t want me to be alone at the range, that would make her sad. Thanks for all the prayers and all the caring comments, I was really worried and probably over the top with asking for prayers from the forum, I apologize for that but thanks to all for the patience.

No apology necessary at all. We dont want BRM to be alone at the range either. Im glad she is on the mend. What is her long term care going to be so this young lady can have as normal of life as she can. Lord knows she has had her share of health issues.Time for more stability
