“Hunting habitat: The current owner used the land as a shooting range—with targets up to a mile—and a hunting area. “It’s great for anybody who is looking to have fun with their aim, and there’s year-round game,” Van Diest says. “We’ve got a six-point buck that’s hanging on the a wall [inside]. That was on the property.” About 10 acres of the land are irrigated and planted with grain and clover to attract wildlife. There’s also a bass-stocked pond that’s designed to never freeze, perfect for year-round fishing.”

This is about two hours from my house, buy this and I can come visit….. There is plenty of room for my travel trailer. Good stargazing too, it is pretty far to any major city. Odessa is smack dab in the Channelled Scablands created by the great Missoula Floods.

nice, I'd love that on my property. IE a place to shoot out to a mile. Heck I'd even take the out buildings.

I think Colorado is VERY similar to Washington, so I wouldn’t worry too much about the blue (sky)?

I think the total lack of windows would be the biggest issue for most people. But, my wife is always threatening to buy a round house so I won’t have any corners to put things in!🤣

There is some truth to that but not near what the anti gun state of Washington has come up with. I was born and raised there still have a sister there. I don’t even like going to the west side to visit

You are correct on the less than friendly present and future laws (sadly) but this location is over a hundred miles and across a mountain pass from all the zealots rioting in the Seattle area. Those purple haired hate filled crazies would never leave the comfort of the big city. This would be an awesome place to live and as safe as anywhere else in the country. Very RED in this part of the state.
