Finally found this forum

Greetings!
I'm about to receive my 4th Henry Big Boy in 45-70. My others include 44mag, 357mag and 45LC and really enjoy shooting all of them. Powder and bullets are slowly trickling in as they become available for the 45-70. I'm very excited to finally shoot a 22 inch barrel Henry but need to acquire more loading tables for the cast bullets. My Speer (#9, 11 and 14) books don't list many cast bullets as does my Hornady 9th edition. Looking forward to learning from others here about their favorite 45-70 loads. We are located in the Sierra Mountains @5,000 ft and waiting for the snow to melt so we can go out and shoot!

Try to get a Lyman's cast bullet loading book. You will find some good loads for all of your Henrys. Welcome to our forum. We like pics of Henrys and range reports!!
