Warming up slowly here, was 26 when I got up and only 36 at the moment.
It's saying periods of sunshine and a high in the mid to upper 40's.

clear and cold 39 degree this morning .... that said, there is something in the air that I'm very allergic to .... literally the instant I step outside, I start sneezing .... first thing this morning Maureen's computer got hit by a scam on FaceBook .... it locked up her computer so off we go on a 40+ mile round trip to the Geek Squad .... they took care of it in seconds and showed us how to kill it if/when we are ever hit by it again .... not much else left on today's calendar

I had the same thing happen to my new Lenovo laptop not long ago. Called Carol's computer Geek. He told me to simply push and hold the power button in for a couple seconds. The thing shut off and then when I powered up again, the problem was gone.

according to the Geek we spoke with, the one that hit your computer is a older version .... this one claims to be a Microsoft warning that they have locked our computer because of serious threat that has been detected .... I tried shutting her computer down but that didn't kill it .... when I turned it back on and saw that screen was still there and still locked .... off we go to the Geeks .... he took one look and pushed the ESC button .... doing so brought up screen tabs across the top and he could see which screen was open .... from there all he had to do was click on the"X" used to turn off that screen .... he said usually once was enough but if it didn't work, repeat the process ....

It was 53° this morning on the dog walk. This afternoon at almost 3 it's 67°. I cooked some hot cereal this morning for breakfast along with the usual toast and coffee.

The hits just keep coming. We will most likely get 12”, not the 5 or the 18.

There is still 4’ here on the level but with a high of 42F today I expect a lot of it to melt. It’s currently 21F

22 brisk degrees now with sun and 40 expected later. Right now there is an overcast but it’s expected to move on. Not much scheduled for the day but maybe I’ll head over to the neighbors. They have some outdoor cameras waiting to be installed so today’s temp might just novitiate me to get over there and help out.

52° this morning but I didn't go on the dog walk. They pups were disappointed, but my foot was really swollen this morning. I'm getting a little bummed out because I've purchased two new pairs of shoes along with the inserts the doctor recommended. I think it's more than me just pronating when I walk. I could barely walk on it this morning. The wife was gracious enough to bring me a bowl of cereal and banana for breakfast.

Just a thought Jake. I had a really swollen foot a couple years back. I had an ultrasound done and it turned out to be a DVT. (Deep Vein Thrombosis), in my leg. Had to go on blood thinner and a compression sock, but finally the clots disappeared.
Just wanted to share.
Hope it clears up soon.

Was 20 º at 5:00am and got up to 40º. First day in 4 it wasn't;t snowing. Tomorrow it is supposed to get up to 50º and rain. It really has not been a bad Winter.
Got cataract surgery on my right eye this morning and have a follow up tomorrow morning. Hope the blurry blue goes away. Had a couple friends that had it done at the same facility and they were all knocked out during the procedure. I was aware of mine and was treated to a colored light show in the right eye but it did not concern me so I must have been getting some anesthesia. Hope the second one goes the same, I don't like being completely knocked out.

20 now but a nice sunny 48 later. Tomorrow may tickle 50 for the first time this year. I’m planning on celebrating by going to the range and work on my 300 BO. Today the dog is going to doggie daycare and we are going to Costco. The dog will have a better day than us.

This nice weather is supposed to continue thru the weekend so I’ll do what I can to enjoy it. Now if only all this snow would melt away.
