Hailie's truck got squeezed between two other truck on the last lap of stage 2 .... caused her to spin out and hit the inside wall .... looks like she's out of the race on lap 59

I’m surprised that these drivers contracts allow other activities that could lead to injury. Or, maybe they do but Chase didn’t.

Hendrick in some kind of trouble about altered louvers. They say the report will be out tomorrow with possible penalties. With that silly tape issue on the Gibbs cars last year, I'm wondering if the penalties will match.

I think I heard they took a set from Justin Haley's (Track House Racing) car too. It may not be just a Hendrick thing...we'll see.

Pretty exciting finish in the Xfinity race at Atlanta. Austin Hill did a great job holding on for the win:

congrats to Zane Smith in the #38 truck, in celebration he smoked the truck's rear tires to where they both literally burst into flames .... Hailie started 16th and finished 16th .... she got as high as 11th at the end of stage 2 .... during that pit stop they had to do a bit of body work which put her back out in 22nd place at the start of stage 3

if I was a Cup driver, I believe I'd enjoy driving a road course .... I am a Cup fan and really don't care for watching a road course race .... I did watch today's road course race and found it to reinforce my thoughts .... Ho Hum until a late caution threw it into a Green-White-Checker .... then a 2nd Green-White-Checker .... then a 3rd Green-White-Checker .... congrats to Tyler Reddick

Looks like Kyle Busch gave up a 2nd position re-start, twice, to get an inside starting spot in back of first place Reddick. Worked the first time and almost worked the second time, but Reddick's car was just too good. Some interesting finishes. Ross Chastain 4th, Todd Gilliland, 10th.

Not a fan of Road Courses either but in my opinion, they are better than nothing and today's race was somewhat enjoyable.
