three new case entries March 5th. The entries include a hearing date, a trial date and a notice filed by plaintiffs advising they could ask the court for default judgment against the defendants this week.

Now we have Oregon Senate Bill 348. An “egregious attempt to bypass the authority of Oregon’s court system.” Measure 114 is being challenged by the court.
The Senate bill includes measure 114 provisions plus restricting any court challenges to 'liberal' Marion county.

My post doesn't skirt the rules. It provides pointers to information outside of this forum. I have not weighed in with any kind of opinion or feeling about what is going on. Doing so would be where the rule gets broken. So we won't be discussing, debating or otherwise what is happening here.

Oregon House passes gun control legislation, heads to Senate for final vote.
If approved, the measure would do three things:

Makes owning, selling, & manufacturing guns without serial numbers - or so-called "ghost guns" – a crime
Raises the legal age to purchase a firearm from 18 to 21
Gives local officials the ability to prohibit conceal carrying in some government buildings

I think there is a race going on between Oregon’s gov and Washington’s gov for gun control. Our head idiot just announced he would not seek a fifth term, good riddance. But his buddy “sideshow Bob” our current AG is looking to replace him. From bad to worse.
