Post by Oldbrass » Sat Nov 26, 2022 1:22 pm

Grandson having fun blasting water filled milk jugs with the 10-22 takedown " the cool gun" as he calls it πŸ˜„. Another beautiful day in South Carolina.

Nice!

I’m gonna be a Grampy this spring. Hope to take my granddaughter shooting someday. Maybe I should get that Henry 22lr and break it in now in preparation for the day πŸ€”πŸ˜‰

Can't think of a better reason to get one, my golden boy is still a bit to big (LOP) for him, when he gets a bit older I'll introduce him to levermania.

Some of my fondest childhood memories are learning how to shoot from my uncles and their friends. I couldn't have been older than 8 or so. I hunt on that property now with my two boys.(now in their 30's).

Do what I did in 2021, get a Henry youth model 22lr for your Grandkids. My grandson will be 6 years old next month, only 12 years to go to transfer it to him.
