Yesterday afternoon I ran a load of 41's through the tumbler.
This morning I was putting them up and sorting some more brass to be cleaned.
Moving this and that around.... I discovered a 2 lb., 2.5 oz. coffee can.
Upon opening I was surprised to find it about a third full of "primed" 45 acp brass. :o ;)
Then I found a bag of 265 gr 44 cal. fn Hornady bullets. :D 60 pcs., I use them in the t-4's.

RP
Now that's what I call a good day. I'll bet you put those bullets and brass in a safe place so you wouldn't loose them.

Well, I slide that brass back, and made a mental note.
Don't shoot them much at the moment as I don't have a pistol in that cal. at the moment.
Well except for the convertible BH.
The 265's went with the other 100 that I have, and knew where they were. ;)
I do have a few of those loaded and on stand by.
But you are correct, was a nice find on both, and put a Big :D on my face. ;)

I have just the opposite problem, I go looking for something only to recall I already sold or traded it.

Vaquero, I will say that Halloween came a couple of days early for you. “Trick or brass/bullets”…

Went out to the shop to "organize" my ammo boxes. In other words, ammo only in ammo box, cleaning stuff in another box and tools in another box.
What a colossal waste of time that was! Finally put everything back like I've been doing for 47 years and know where everything is. Man cave stuff I suppose. 8-)

Put together 50 rounds of 308 Win. today. Found 25 cases that were already primed and 80 cleaned cases. So I sized the clean cases then check length. Only 7 needed trimming. After trimming primed up the 80 cases and proceeded to charge and finish the 50 rounds. Now I have 55 primed and ready to load cases, back on the shelf.

I walked down to the basement this morning, where my reloading bench is. Looked at the mess, and ran back upstairs, screaming like a 12 yr. old schoolgirl........

.. Looked at the mess,...
Similar here though mine is in the garage. It gets piled with stuff going to and fro between the house and outside.

Yeah, I definitely see how that happens, Mags.

The Hunting Seasons, and all the prep time beforehand, are hard on mah po ole reload bench. I run down there, find what I need and/or pile other and more stuff on the bench, then run off leavin' the mess.

It'll get cleaned up here shortly, after Elk season..... I hope......

A little TLC and you're back in business. What's the scope on the bench?
