It was 58° early this morning walking the dogs. Currently it's 80° with a high of only 87°. I'm doing some house chores this morning. I may go to the range, maybe not, depends on other things that need to be done. Just had hot cereal, toast and coffee this morning.

it was nice this morning to wake up without hearing the rumble of generators .... its cloudy and cool .... the clouds and misting rain are reported to be coming from the wind on the back side of Ian .... for us that storm ain't gone and it sure ain't forgotten .... we hope to be able to schedule an appointment later today to take our Sportchassis to the company that just installed a new Sony sound system .... we didn't have time to go over it the day it was installed and we are looking forward to finding out how it work .... currently 53 only supposed to get up to 62 .... no more summer temps in the long range forecast

48F going to 60.

Nice, mostly cloudy day with wind.

Coffee was in the WWI museum mug today. Honey toast to accompany it.

Nothing big happening today.

I hope you have a great day.

Both, definitely both. :D

46 with a heavy dew/light fog this morning. Nice to have a little bit of humidity but with the high of 78 later it won’t last. Did some field mowing yesterday and got an early start to take advantage of the humidity. Of course by the time I was finished I was in a cloud of dust. :(

We’re expecting a very nice fall week with sunshine and highs in the 70’s. We are going to take advantage of the weather and head up to our place for several days of fishing and grouse hunting. Thank you Mother Nature, but please could we have just one day of rain? :D

47 on its way to 64 under a partly cloudy sky with no chance of rain .... no hurry for breakfast, nothing pressing on the agenda for today ..... do plan fill our decades old Honda 2500 generator with treated pure gas (no alcohol in its fuel) .... it will then be put away to await our next loss of electrical power

I’m heading into Medford to order new glasses then on to Tomahawk to pick up my motor home. I’ll need to weatherize it and get it ready for the January trip to Texas.

Looks like it’s going to be a warm sunny day.

Very cool railing Coop!

46 heading to 78 with sunny skies. Going to be like this for the next 7+ days. We sure could use some rain but this October sure is pleasant.

Today we’re getting ready for our trip up north as tomorrow is launch day. Got a lot to do but it will be a nice day to do it. :D

It was surprising how heavy that was. I had to use the tractor to lift it in place.
Also I am surprised that in 10 acres of timber it is very difficult to find trees that are
the right size and long enough. It's 24 feet long.

I've missed the last couple of mornings but it's been warming up a bit. Lows are now in the lower 60's instead of upper 50's. Almost quitting time and it's 88°.

Black Rifle and cookies. English muffins are all gone. :(
So I got a sample pack of Black Rifle and am trying to figure out which blend I like best.
So far, SS. Any other opinions?
Another nice day, and then it gets cold. More seasonal. Lows in the 30s and highs in the 50s.

46 heading to a possible 80 degree day. Only 16 degrees above average. Nice thru the weekend then next week will bring highs in the 60’s which is more normal.

We’re leaving this morning for several days of fishing and grouse hunting combined with some lawn chair surfing. Taking advantage of this beautiful October weather for one last outing. Then next week I’ll be winterizing all the toys and putting them to bed.

Not much on today's plate.
I hope you have a great day.

Don't know why but for the second day in a row my "morning report" is taking place in midafternoon. It was in the low 60's this moring and it's currently 86°. I cooked bacon, eggs, toast and coffee this morning.

Our temps are about the same here, not quite as cool nights. How's the smoke over your way, it's gotten quite a bit worse here the last few days.

still often interspersing my sentences with dots instead of periods just cause im a crazy old man, (certainly it would appall my old english teachers.... oh well, ) in the world at large today, it certainly qualifies as a very minor infraction compared to most of the lunacy i see in the news.... i suppose that im just trying to fit in....
