Waiting on Black Rifle Coffee but for now Folgers.
Light rain. We really need rain but it goes around us. That's how it's been all Summer.
Not much going on. I guess I'll putz in the shop. I do so love my shop.

39 crispy degrees with a high only in the mid 60’s. But after today it’s supposed to warm up to seasonal temps with highs in the low 70’s and lows in the upper 40’s. Beautiful sunny skies as the smoke has cleared up. Thankfully, but it may be back this week, just a favorable wind right now.
Today is my wife’s cousin’s last day for her visit, flying out this afternoon. I’ll record the WSU Cougars football game and watch it commercial free later.
it’s been a real nice visit and she has enjoyed visiting the inland Pacific Northwest.

Up and around a bit late today. Currently it's 86° with 75% humidity. It was really humid earlier today walking the dogs. I cooked bacon, eggs, toast and coffee this morning.

Will after yesterday’s 39 today’s 50 feels great. High should be in the mid 70’s but I’m still waiting for the local weekend news folks to wake up.
This morning I’m going to mess with the boat and then watch the Seahawks take on San Francisco.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Don't really know what the temp was this morning but right now it's 91° with a chance of showers this afternoon. I had sausage, eggs, toast and coffee for breakfast. I've caught up on doing a lot of nothing this morning so I may actually do something this afternoon.

I slept in and then church and brunch with a bloody mary.
You folks may think I'm the religious one, but it's not me, it's Carol. For a long time she
went by herself and I just decided that I should accompany her. I'm surprised the church didn't
self destruct when I walked in the door, but so far it hasn't, although I have to say I'm not the
most popular parishioner there. Not my problem.
The septic lift pump failed last evening and either I have to find some one to replace it, or do
it myself. I understand it's a shitty job.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
we are back home after a spending the weekend camped with our club at the NC State Fairgrounds .... the best part of the weekend was visiting with friends .... the worst part of the weekend was the development of a couple of equipment failures in our camper ....those being, its 3 month old front AC failed and the water heater stopped working on electricity (still works on propane) .... I've already put in a call to the fellow who handles our local mobile RV repairs .... we awoke to a beautiful morning 63 degree morning, its supposed to get up to 82 later today with no chance of rain .... first up this morning, taking Maureen's Camaro back to the body shop that did some work on it a few months ago

They say the fog will burn off quickly when the sun rises a little more.
Coffee, the morning "Psychotic Episode Reliever". Cookies help too.
Well, the septic lift pump works, there's just no power out there. I tested the connection box
and it was dead, so I ran a bunch of drop cords out there and low and behold, the pump kicked
right in. I'm not an electrician, (well, not officially anyway), so we'll try to get one out to look
at it. It's an all underground line, so............

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
50 this morning with a high probably in somewhere in the 70’s. No local news this morning due to coverage of The Queen’s funeral. RIP Queen Elizabeth. As it gets light it looks like it will be partly cloudy this morning.
After a week of camping followed immediately by a week of company I’m a bit behind getting stuff done around here. So today I plan to get motivated and get something done around here. Enough of the goofing off.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
It currently 80° with 88% humidity. I can't wait for fall weather to set in so it will be more comfortable to ride. I just had cereal, toast and coffee this morning. I've got a bit of work to do but should be done by noon if I get after it.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
So as I am enjoying my morning "Psychotic Episode Reliever" I decided to share this with you all.
I have been having Chronic lower back pain. I mean really bad. In fact we rarely go anywhere that I have
to walk very far. A friend of mine told me that after several back surgeries he was still having the same
sciatic back pain, so he tried ice on his back. It really worked for him so I am trying it and so far it is
remarkable. I ordered an ice belt from Amazon. I keep it in the freezer and each evening I strap it on
while I watch TV. The results have been remarkable. I'm not saying it will work for everyone, but it sure
has helped me.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Morning 66 here and up to the Upper 90's, Summer is back for a couple days.
Showing a high of 99 for tomorrow so it'll probably bust the triple digit mark.
Then back to the 80's.

Coffee coming up. Cookies too.
Yard work today as tomorrow Carol is hosting the beer and wings group at our house.
She is planning on several different hand held foods along with beer.
This should be fun.
