75° with 91% humidity. It's mostly cloudy this morning with a chance of rain in the late afternoon hours. I had cereal and coffee this morning for breakfast. There's not much on the agenda today.

Low 80s at hottest today probably some clouds. Not bad weather at all
Guess I will mow my moms yard then clean up and run into town for some "stuff", (a small word, but it can describe a vast number of items or activites......... at least to me in my brain pan 🙂)
coffee is good again this morning. I am pleased that my stomach is once more agreeable to me partaking of it in the morning. 🙂👍👍👍

Mostly Cloudy 57°F 14°C
Humidity 100%
Wind Speed Calm
Barometer 30.14 in
Coffee and leftover black walnut cake from yesterday. Love it.
A beautiful day in store but the record heat is west of us and moving in during the week.
Yesterday was fun with the in law group. The only fly in the ointment was when the youngest
daughter started a political rant and I shut her down. No place for that I thought, but then I
was worried her Mother, (my wife), might be angry at me over it. Later, after they had all gone,
and we were relaxing with a libation, she said she thought I did just the right thing. (Whew).

Currently it's 78° with 84% humidity. There's a slight chance of rain later today. I cooked bacon, eggs, toast and coffee for breakfast. There's not much work on the agenda except for doing some things around the home.

Still only 72, but it's overcast with a 155 chance of a shower and a high in the mid 80's.

I’ve never seen a 155 chance of rain. Must have been terrible.

Yesterday was warm and mostly sunny here in Alaska. I head home later today.

once again the "Muggy Meter" is pegged at Extremely Humid .... swarms of gnats don't help ... currently 83 feeling like 95 .... rain passed just north of us, they say we could get some this afternoon .... we've already hauled off our trash and driven to the Raleigh Farmer's Market to pickup a box of canning tomatoes ....

It's supposed to be hot and steamy now for a few days, but never fear, Winter is on the way.
My neighbor and I are going for breakfast this morning. We do this every few weeks just to catch up.

now, 71 with 95% humidity .... the good news is the Real Feel temp this afternoon is projected to be 93 as opposed to yesterday's 106 .... scattered afternoon and evening thunderstorms are once again in the forecast .... nothing major on tap, medical appointments resume tomorrow .... our 2011 Chevy Silverado's outside driver's door handle broke .... its still operational but it certainly needs to be replaced .... took it to our local independent garage yesterday afternoon .... the owner who is a mechanic told me that he normally has 8 mechanics but for a good while has been down to 4 .... he says the bottom line, he can't find folks with the knowledge/experience who want to work .... the huge outfits in our area underwrite local community college programs and they get all of the best graduates .... major jobs like transmission repair/replacement are being booked 3 - 4 weeks out .... he tries to work small jobs (like ours) in as quickly as possible .... we just learned that the has the part in house and will call us when we need to bring him our truck .... part $100+ one hour's labor $100+

Yes, it's really a shame what is happening. Of all places, I recently went to our local Walgreens at about 3:00 in the afternoon only to find it closed. There was a sign on the door saying " closed due to staffing". Pretty bad when you can't even get Meds.

Right now it's 75° with 91% humidity. There's a chance of rain this afternoon as was yesterday. We didn't get any rain yesterday so maybe there will be some later today. I cooked sausage, French toast and coffee for breakfast.

67 degrees and cloudy. Coolest morning here in a long time. Still widely scattered showers today but a better chance for us tonight into tomorrow. Dog sitting last couple days and she went right out this morning and took care of business without wanting to ramble. Now I’m sitting here with her enjoying my tea.
