Ten cents a round. Same as what I paid. They are very accurate.

Re: Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
Stopped by Academy yesterday, first time I've seen 30-30 in there in a looong time.
And they had some 22mags.
Holy cow I can load 223 cheaper than that.

Re: Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
I saw one box at Walmart yesterday. I guess that we are starting to turn the corner. I suspect supply will pass demand in the coming months. But the ruling from the High Court affirming a right to selfdefense using a firearm while in public, may create a new demand. So, handgun ammo may become in short supply again.
Actions speak louder than words (Matthew 21:28-31).
Re: Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
My local Walmart had a full shelf of ammo tonight.
Many different calibers, and everything outrageously overpriced.
There is ammo available, if you can afford it.
Glad I saw the writing on the wall after Sandy Hook and started laying in loading supplies.

Re: Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
Around here the stores are flush with ammo. At the local BiMart this week I picked up two boxes of CCI 100 pk mini mags for $9.97 per box. Most other stores around here they are $12 +. Still no .410 to speak of.

Hatch, I couldn't tell ya the last time I saw 410's on a shelf.
Thankfully I still have a couple hundred rounds.

Re: Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
Local Walmart has been having .22 for a while now. 12 and 28 gauge shotgun shells. Now that I’m shooting 410 more, there’s no 410 ammo around.
Re: Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
Have seen Norma Tac 22 in a couple places for $4.99/ 50 and yesterday bought some CCI stingers for $8.99/ 50 at Rural King. Haven't seen stingers for a while. Still don't see 410 or 45 Colt.
Re: Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
Ammoshop online has Norma 22 WMR for 17.99 a box and free shipping. Norma mag ammo shoots very good in my mag Randy

Re: Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
Not bad in today's market, but I can still load 223's cheaper.
Even if I had to use .10 primers, which I don't, and a .13-.15 cent bullets, and .13 cents worth of powder.
If I use the LVR powder I have that I got for $25 a lb., & the .04 primers, and the .13 blems, I'm right at .26 cents a rd.
I have in access of 1000 22 mags. at the moment.
Thanks for the heads up though.

I can do the same with 223. But my only 223 is an Barnes Prec. machine AR-15. Its not something I shoot very often so the 22 mag is easier to grabVaquero wrote: ↑Sun Jul 10, 2022 9:54 amNot bad in today's market, but I can still load 223's cheaper.

Re: Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
I saw what I believe was Norma Tac 22 in Sportsman’s Warehouse last week for $9.97 per box of 50. Now I’m thinking that I’m not remembering correctly as that’s nearly $100 per 500. I’ll double check next time I’m in there.

But I do have the cheap Savage Axis I picked up year before, for cheap, heck I have more in the scope than the rifle.

Not bad, a friend of mine told me about the 2A warehouse about a month ago, but I've never checked out.

Re: Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
I just bought a case for $499 plus tax. Could have got it for $370 here except they have an 80 box limit. Still by far a better deal.BigAl52 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 15, 2022 8:52 amhttps://2awarehouse.com/norma-22lr-40gr ... e=ammoseek

Re: Ammo supply good in your ‘hood?
Squirrel season comes in September. I probably have enough but would like to find some 410 ammo. # 7-1/2 or 8"s. There hasn't been any 410 shells around here in a long, long time.
