Flintlock fun!

Post by RanchRoper » Sun Jun 12, 2022 5:28 pm

Ringing steel at 50 yds off hand with my Frontier flintlock.

50 grains Goex 2fg in barrel & pan. 8" steel plate, and it sure goes PING when I hit it!

Great fun! Turned 65 yesterday, canoeing all afternoon and shooting black powder today....life is good :D

Happy shootin' and Birthday RR! Very nice area where you enjoy life. Too hot for me to go down to the range this week and with price of gas I just pick the best day to go. Can't paddle my canoe down my creek since it is just puddles right now due do lack of rain lately!
