New to Henry

New to Henry

Recently purchased a Henry Golden Boy LR22. Mainly for plinking and target shooting.
I know it is almost sacrelous to do do for such a beautiful rifle but my eyesight has deminished with age! So I scoped it with a Nikon Prostaff II rimfire 3-9x40 scope.
Will be taking it to a range soon to zero in.
A little about myself. From central Kentucky. Former Vietnam Vet, served with the 173d Airborne Brigade.

I spent some time in Kentucky last month and thought it was beautiful! The bourbon was a big plus....

Welcome from the Shenandoah Valley, VA. Congrats on your H004 - great choice for a rifle - loads of fun. I also have a Golden Boy that I use for plinking. I ended up putting a Skinner rear peep sight and Lyman front globe sight on it to help with my old tired eyes.
