Wow! You got us beat on the humidity this morning Coop! We're at 84% this morning at 77°. It's supposed to get into the lower 90's this afternoon. It was a shocker to hear about Ray Liotta. I really liked him as an actor. Just had cereal, strawberries and coffee this morning. I got an email from Midsouth this morning. Seems they have a variety of powders in stock.

54 overcast and just had a light rain. It rained overnight and we have had a good soaking. 66 for a high with a not so wonderful but not so terrible forecast on tap for the Memorial Day weekend. No plans for us but it’s a big camping weekend for the locals. Shouldn’t be too bad with the worst coming Sunday evening with a good rain predicted.

Went fishing yesterday and I’ll post a report in the fishing topic. Let’s say it was a bit of a rodeo.

Made smoke on Wednesday shooting the 54 cal full stock Hawken. Shoot and file time as I had to tune in the new front sight. Yesterday got the 33 mile bike ride in and it felt good. Today haircut time and another bike ride a shorter one today. I also need to mow the lawn. 90 degress here today and then cooling off for the weekend. hope to go shooting over the weekend also.

Coffee in the Mary Lou's news mug.
The grand daughter stayed overnight. She was treated to some of my oatmeal for breakfast. Covered herself in it from forehead to chin.
Storms and rain in the forecast today. Laying low.

I hope your day is great.

Back to back bike rides put a damper on the lawn mowing so I just drank whiskey last night. Today I will mow. Not sure what else will take place.

Currently 78° and it's going to get to the mid or upper 90's today. Cooked bacon, eggs, toast and coffee for breakfast. Today is saxophone work day. Currently overhauling a Buescher (pronounced bisher) alto sax for a client.

Woke up to 50 and it’s still about there. Maybe 66 later today but right now the sun is starting to peek thru the clouds so 66 could happen. Maybe some light rain later.

Today we need to do some running around in town and I need to mow. Never a dull minute here…

Mowed my yard and my mother's yard yesterday, got the cemetery mowed the day before you get it presentable for memorial day. So a day of rest today. Summer is pretty much getting here. Thankful we are green and growing and not in a terrible drought like many folks out west. Hope you all enjoy a good day today as well.

T-Storms just to the west of us. Looks like a wet morning.
Folgers and cookies.
Church and then after brunch we will go 96 miles to my home town to decorate the
family graves for Memorial Day, then stop and visit with a widow cousin for a while.
It's a family tradition.

Hey Oldbrass, back here in Warshintin’ it’s 49 and overcast. Possible thunderstorms this afternoon. Might make a run to Costco today, should be pretty calm now that all the “get out of town for the weekend” folks have finished their shopping.

Might watch the Indy 500 but not sure I want to commit 3-4 hours to the TV right in the prime of the day. Thunderstorms will help me with my decision.

Currently 88° at noon. It was a muggy 77° this morning when walking dogs earlier around 6:30 a.m. Just had cereal, strawberries and coffee. Playing a little guitar and doing some work between sittings.

Much needed rain today. Made smoke anyway. Just ringing some steel at 50 yds. :)

No misfires in the rain with the flintlock. Clouds were dropping lots of water on us today which is a huge blessing.

After several days of off and on rain it will finally warm up again. The height should be 85 and the low 65. I think summer is finally here as all the trees are leaved out.
