Hey Coop can I at least get a Coney Dog? :(
It's not your every day hot dog stand. I go for the Chicago Beef Sandwiches with Hot Jardinière and dipped,
but that might be too spicy for you guys.

Portello's is a Chicago outfit with more than thirty locations in Chicago alone. When we used to go to Chicago to
visit family we'd check into our hotel and within half an hour be at a Portillo's. You'll love it.

So just when do you two plan to get on the road? My thinking is that when you do, you should'
hit the Twin Cities around lunch time. BTW, Cabela's is right next door to Portillo's if you need anything.
Just give me a approximate time and I will be there. Carol might even be with me as she loves those
Chicago Beef Sandwiches.

Aw, you're just jealous. In any case I'll be the short, stout, (but extremely handsome), man with the
black VN Vet hat on. Maybe a carnation in my lapel? :D

Carol has advised me, that although she'd love to go, she is way too busy right now.
