Range Report: pork chops & pellets
It stopped snowing for a bit and I thought I would take advantage of the calm. It’s right at freezing so it’s not too cold to fire up the barbie. I plinked while the chop cooked.

It’s a blast living here. It will be even better when my range is more permanent.

I thought you were ballistic testing the pellets in pork.
You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.
I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.

Re: Range Report: pork chops & pellets
I’m out of pork chops and salad and back to canned foods because I’m snowed in again. It’s a hard life out here on the homestead.Shakey Jake wrote: ↑Thu Mar 24, 2022 9:55 amI assume the pun is intended! Glad you're enjoying life.
Jake
I haven’t seen another human being in two days and might walk the mile to the Hill of Beans for dinner. In the meantime I’m wondering what I should shoot today. It’s something I try to do every day.
Yes it’s very tough wondering if Amazon will deliver today. I might park the van at the bottom of the hill. The driver knows to throw the boxes in the back when it’s parked there. I’m expecting some targets.
