Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
It was 50F when I woke this morning (I slept in a bit because I could) and will be in the mid 60's today with mostly clear skies and sunshine.
Coffee is in the John Deere mug today.
I started a couple of tractors yesterday. I will continue with that theme today and start up a few more pieces of equipment. A few are due for oil changes, so I'll see. Barn cleaning and organizing is the order of the day today.
I also plan to get out the Smith and Wesson model 29 air gun I got a while back and give it a workout when the temp is warm this afternoon. Hopefully a successful report will follow.
Enjoy your day.

50° this morning and now it's 75°. Had to get up early for a dentist appointment. I found out I have to have a crown replaced because of a cavity in the tooth. I didn't think that possible, but I'll get it done after I get income tax paid. Got to get back to work now.

40F going to 65 today. Sunny and no clouds now.
Coffee in the Mary Lou's news mug.
More barn organization today. I might plant lettuce in the raised bed.
I hope your day is great.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
49 in central NC this morning, on its way to 74 later this afternoon .... just got up from eating a regular breakfast .... I've been wondering how my recent surgery for a large kidney stone would react to cups of Folgers, so far so good .... I'm one who has a strong aversion to taking pain meds .... there is no doubt 30+ years working in NC's seeing what drug addiction does to people has been a prime motivator.... I decided to stop taking the pain meds prescribed following surgery .... my body is loud and clear in telling me that was a mistake .... nothing much on tap for today
Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
36 heading to 47 with a cloudy sky. Heading out here in a couple of hours to get my first round of golf in and where I’m going out in the Spokane Valley it’s supposed to be 51 with some sun breaks. Hope so as that should be a comfortable day out on the links. Rain tomorrow and then a nice warming trend next week with our first day in the 60’s in the forecast. YES!

37F. I feel like I’m living in Alice’s Restaurant. I’ve been here for a month and haven’t made a garbage run. My garage is getting full. Fortunately most of it is recyclable cardboard.

No not yet. I also need to get a free burning permit. The recycling is free and garbage is $3.50 a kitchen size bag. I’m finding I have very little actual garbage.

Home
Overcast 27°F -3°C
Humidity 100%
Wind Speed NW 7 mph
Mt. Pleasant, IA this morning.
Overcast, winds calm, 40 degrees.
We pulled in here yesterday afternoon because of high winds and driving rain. It was just
plain nasty and wasn't worth driving farther. We'll get home this afternoon.
I'm anxious to get home now.

Morning, cloudy here and mid 40's, and headed for the low 60's so it says.
Wish we were headed for 80, me and the scooter would be gone all day.
