Tonight Im here with the dogs. Wife and her son along with the oldest Grandaughter went to Galveston for the day. They will be back tomorrow. I'm enjoying a Yuengling while Carol fries up what's left of the flounder we got yesterday.

Asian wife got a Yankee to cook rice! Ha! Another beer folks!

Rice cooker it is. We just cook the white rice. For me, a little soy sauce and I'm good! She mixes up everything. Can't wait!

Just got back from my wife’s appointment with the neurologist in the big city. She got a clean bill of health and she got her driving privileges back. Making Swiss Steak for supper tonite and going to enjoy a Dos Equis. To all the great members of this forum, saludo!
